    chicken stuffing mix
  • 3/4 c
    butter (melted)
  • 2 lg
    zucchini (diced)
  • 2 lg
    yellow squash (diced)
  • 3 lb
    boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 can
    condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing mix (powder)
  • 2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 F

    In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix & melted butter. Stir and set aside 1/2 cup for topping.

    Combine chicken, zucchini, yellow squash, soup, sour cream, ranch packet, and mozzarella cheese to remaining stuffing mixture and stir thoroughly.
