1 lbextra lean ground turkey

1 smzucchini, grated. (take moisture out with paper towel)

1egg white

2 clovegarlic, minced

1/3-1/2 cred or yellow onion, minced

2 Tbspparsley, finely chopped

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

1 tsponion powder

1/4 tspsalt

pepper to taste
How To Make turkey burgers

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with non stick foil.

2Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Form turkey mixture into six evenly sized balls and place on prepared sheet pan. Press balls down with hands to make 6 patties.

3Bake patties for 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
