Ingredients For the "beautiful mess" brat burger

2brats, uncooked and taken out of casing

1/4 cchili, no beans
- CARAMELIZED ONIONS

1/4onion, 1/8in thick slices

1 tspoil

1 tspbutter
-
1 Tbspbeer
- MUSTARD AIOLI

1 Tbspmayo
-
1 tspdeli mustard
-
1/2 tspgarlic, minced

1/4 tspground mustard

1/4 tspworcestershire sauce

dashsalt and pepper

1 slicemunster cheese

1french style bun
How To Make the "beautiful mess" brat burger

1Remove brats from casing and form into a patty. Set aside.

2Combine all aioli ingredients and set aside.

3In a saute pan combine onions, oil and butter. Cook until turned golden, add in beer and keep cooking until all liquid from beer has been soaked up.

4Heat up chili.

5Take brat patty and place in a saute pan with a little oil. Cook on each side for about 8 minutes.

6To assemble burger: bottom bun, burger, cheese, chili, onions, mustard aioli.
