Ingredients For herb garden cheeseburger

  • 2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1/2 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    freshly chopped thyme, chives or tarragon
  • 1/2 lb
    cheddar cheese, in 8 slices
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt

How To Make herb garden cheeseburger

  • 1
    Mix all but cheese in a bowl. Form into 8 quarter pound hamburgers and grill over med heat until cooked through. Put cheese slices on burgers and let sit 2-3 min to melt. Serve on buns with choice of condiments.
