The pepper Jack cheese adds a nice kick, and the spicy mayo blend adds a nice zesty touch to grilled burgers. These simple yet tasty upgrades make a plain burger so delicious. It's pretty delicious as written, but you can add other toppings to your burgers if you like, such as pickles, etc.

How To Make grilled jack burgers

  • 1
Stir together the mayonnaise and chili sauce until well blended. Cover bowl, and keep in fridge until ready to assemble the burgers. (It will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.)
  • 2
    Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • 3
Combine beef, dry soup mix, water, chili sauce, bell pepper and black pepper in a medium mixing bowl, and mix well. Divide mixture into 8 equal patties.
  • 4
Grill patties 8 to 12 minutes for medium, or until desired doneness beyond that, turning them halfway through grilling. Place a slice of cheese on each burger and cook 1 to 2 additional minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  • 5
Butter each bun half, and place buns on grill for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  • 6
TO ASSEMBLE (For each burger): Spread some of the mayo-chili sauce on both halves of the bun. Place a lettuce leaf on each bottom bun. Then add a tomato slice, a cooked patty, and any other condiments of your choice. Add top bun on top, and serve immediately.
