Ingredients For greek style chicken burgers

1 lbground chicken

1/2 cdry Italian bread crumbs

2egg whites or 1 large egg

1 Tbsplemon juice

3 Tbspfinely diced red onion

2 Tbspfinely diced tomatoes

1 Tbspchopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dry basil

2 tspdry oregano
-
2 ozcrumbled feta cheese

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make greek style chicken burgers

1Using clean hands, mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

2Divide the chicken mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into patties.

3Spray broiler pan with some cooking spray. Broil patties 5 inches from heat for 5 minutes per side or until juices run clear and chicken is cooked through.

4Serve on a bun with your favorite veggie toppings or serve without a bun and a bit of tzatziki sauce.
