1 lbground beef

1/2 ozground lamb

3 Tbspchopped black olives

1 cfeta cheese crumbs

1 tspdried oregano

1 tspdried basil

1/2 tspdried mint

1/2 tspgarlic powder

2 Tbspbell pepper chopped small

1 Tbspdiced onion

2 1/2 cbaby spinach leaves

1 lgtomato, sliced

6 Tbsphummus

How To Make greek burgers

1In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground lamb, bell pepper, onion, olives and all the seasonings well.

2Form into 6 equal sized patties.

3Heat a skillet over medium high heat or heat a grill to medium high.

4Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the desired doneness.

5Spread 1 tablespoon of the hummus on the bottom half of each bun.

6When the patties are done, place one on each dressed bun.

7Top with spinach leaves and tomato slices. COver with the top buns. Serve immediately.
