Ingredients For greek burgers

1 lbground lamb (or beef)

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1 Tbspminced onion

1garlic clove, minced

1/2 tspgreek seasoning

1/4 tsppepper
-
4hamburger buns
-
sliced cucumbers, tomatoes

creamy greek salad dressing (or ranch dressing)
How To Make greek burgers

1In a medium bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well. Shape into four patties.

2Pan fry, grill or broil until no longer pink. Serve on buns with cucumbers, tomatoes and dressing if desired.
