I saw this in a magazine. They have a wonderful flavor, perfect for a cookout. Top with your favorites, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion. Yum!

Ingredients For great american grillburgers

1 lbground beef (i use ground chuck)

1/2 lbbulk italian sausage

1&1/2 cmushrooms, finely chopped

1/2 conions, finely chopped

1/4 cbarbeque sauce (i used sweet baby ray's)

2 Tbspmustard (i use guldens)
-
2 Tbspketchup
-
1/2 tsppepper (i use fresh cracked)

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make great american grillburgers

1Combine ingredient in a medium bowl. Shape into burgers.

2Set oven to broil. Place burgers on foil-lined broiler pan. Broil 8-10 minutes per side.

3Notes: You can expand this recipe to one lb. of sausage. It will make two more burgers. This will make 4 1/3 lb. burgers or 6 1/4 lb. burgers. Enjoy!
