Ingredients For frosty's burger

14 inch seeded hamburger bun, such as king hawaiian sandwich bun if you want to spoil yourself

6 ozground chuck (80/20) hamburger patty

seasoning salt

1 Tbspketchup

6-8crinkle cut kosher dill pickle chips

3 ozthinly sliced grilled pastrami

1 slicepepper jack cheese (or cheese of your choice

2 ozcaramelized yellow onion

1 Tbspmustard, spicy brown
How To Make frosty's burger

1Heat a flat griddle to medium high.

2Put the bun on the griddle to toast it.

3Then place the hamburger patty on the griddle and sprinkle with seasoning salt.

4When the bun is toasted, remove from the griddle and set it in your prep area.

5Put the ketchup on the bottom part of the bun, them the pickle.

6Make sure to spread them out so that every flavor is in every bite.

7Place the pastrami on the griddle and sear away.

8Flip the hamburger patty, sprinkle with seasoning salt and cook to desired doneness.

9Place the cheese on top and melt.

10Add the pastrami on top of the cheese.

11Top the pastrami with the caramelized onions.

12Now all you have left is the top part of the bun and the brown mustard.

13Squirt or spread the brown mustard on the bun top and place it on the grilled onions.

14Transfer the hamburger patty and toppings to the bottom part of the bun.
