Ingredients For cheesy beef sliders

  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 sm
    onion chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 8 oz
    can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    each salt, cajun seasoning, and cumin
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter melted
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 4 lg
    hawaiian rolls

How To Make cheesy beef sliders

  • 1
    Mix the ground beef, onion, and garlic together in a skillet. Cook until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add the meat back to the pan. Add the seasonings and tomato sauce. Cook 1 minute. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese and cook until melted.

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half. Grease a baking sheet. Place the bottom of the rolls on the sheet. Top with the meat. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese. Add the top of the Hawaiian rolls. Melt the butter and brush on the top of the rolls.
