2 Tbsponion powder (not salt)

2 Tbspgarlic powder (not salt)

1/2 tspground black pepper

1 tspcayenne pepper

2 tspdried oregano

2 tspdried thyme

1/4 colive oil

4 lgfresh portabello mushrooms stems removed
How To Make cajun grilled portabello mushrooms

1Preheat grill.

2In a wide shallow dish, mix together all ingredients except olive oil and mushrooms.

3Lightly brush both sides of the mushrooms with oil, then dip them in the spice mixture until thoroughly coated.

4Place mushrooms on the grill stem side down and cook about 8 minutes. Turn them over and cook about 6 minutes, or until tender and browned.
