A good variation on plain burgers.

Ingredients For burgundy burgers

  • 1 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    burgundy wine
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make burgundy burgers

    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Shape mixture into 6 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.

    Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.

    Serve on toasted bun with favorite toppings.
