This burger has everything one wants from a burger. It is savory with a hint of sweetness. It can be grilled (my fav) or cooked in a pan. They are flavorful and juicy.

Ingredients For bacon jam burgers

  • 1 lb
    ground beef 15% fat
  • 1 c
    bacon jam

How To Make bacon jam burgers

  • 1
    Combine ground beef and bacon jam, form into 3 to 4 patties.
  • 2
    Place on hot side of the grill to sear (two minutes to each side).
  • 3
    After the searing is done move the patties to the lesser heated side of the grill to continue cooking until the desired level of doneness is achieved.
