One of the first Low Carb Dinners I made. So full of flavor! I serviced it with Asparagus, baked in the over with little Oil, sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese & Garlic

Ingredients For bacon jalapeno cheddar burger (low carb)

2 lbground beef

2 tsplawry's seasoned salt

1/2 tspground pepper

1 tspgarlic powder

3 tspworcestershire sauce

4 ozcream cheese
-
1 1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese

2 -4 mdjalapenos
-
6 slicecooked bacon (or use salad bacon pieces)
How To Make bacon jalapeno cheddar burger (low carb)

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.

3Line a baking sheet with foil. Divide meat into 6 balls. Form the ground beef into a bowl shape.

4Cut jalapeno into pieces. Mix the cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Divide into 6 portions and fill each burger bowl with the cream cheese mixture. (save some Bacon and Jalapenos if you desire to top this off after baking)

5Bake for 30 minutes. Before serving top with additional 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, bacon or jalapenos (optional).
