zee's derailed lasagna

I love lasagna but it can be so time consuming. I decided to try this the other night and it turned out fabulous. It was faster, less time consuming, and adults and children loved it. So that makes it a success in my books. But we didn't take a picture before it was all gone.

Ingredients For zee's derailed lasagna

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    chopped onions
  • 1/2 md
    bell peppers
  • 1 pkg
    medium of elbow macaroni
  • 2 jar
    speghetti sauce or homemade
  • 1 lg
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    italian cheese
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 2 c
    parmesean cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1 pkg
    pepperoni

How To Make zee's derailed lasagna

    Brown the ground beef off in a skillet. Add onion and bell pepper till tender. Then saute with the seasonings of garlic, italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Then add the sauce. Cut the pepperoni in fourths. Add to sauce and saute for three to 4 minutes.

    Boil elbow macaroni but leave a little adente. That way it will not be overcooked. Add macaroni to sauce.

    Place mixture in bowls, Place italian, cheddar, and parmesean cheese's on top. Set in microwave until chesse is melted. Then place sour cream over the top. Enjoy
