yvonne's cheeseburger pie
My mother was quite the cook! My father & I loved her creativity in the kitchen! Mom was fighting breast cancer ('68-'77), and was able to make some incredible meals, even if she wasn't feeling well! After she passed away, I found her old, tin, "Family Circle" Recipe Box, and found this favorite of my childhood.

12*My add-ons to mom's recipe: To add a "Texas" kick, add a litte chili powder, OR some chopped jalepenos. You can also top it off with a dollop of Sour Cream (I prefer "Daisy") & some Pico de Gallo. Or add some cooked, crumbled Bacon to the beef mixture~!
