Ingredients For winter pot roast

1 4lbchuck roast - salt & pepper
-
1 ptfresh mushrooms - slice thick
-
in bowl combine:

2 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1/2 cred wine
-
1/3 cworchestershire sauce
-
1 cwater
-
2beef bouillon, cubes - crushed
-
2 medonions, cut lenghtwise, then into half moons

6 clovegarlic - slice thin
-
2bay leaves
How To Make winter pot roast

1Preheat oven to 350.
Spray Dutch Oven with Pam.
Place roast in Dutch Oven.
Add combined ingredients.
Cover and bake 2 1/2 hours.
Add mushrooms.
Bake 1 hour longer.
Remove bay leaves.
