How To Make "wiener roll-ups"...from a recipe buddy
-
1Mix dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender or 2-knives. Stir in sour cream and milk and mix, only until a ball forms. Using a little flour, roll out the dough and cut into strips, the width of the wiener pieces. Cut each strip into squares, just large enough to roll around the wiener piece.
-
2Roll up a piece of wiener in each square and place seam side down on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Serve with your choice of mustard, catsup, a salad or a good bowl of homemade soup. MAKES: 24 rolls
