Ingredients For week-end meatloaf

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    sage
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make week-end meatloaf

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients, mix well. Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done. Makes 6 servings.
