meat tenderizer

1 lbbeef

1 tspworcestershire sauce
How To Make venison-beef stew

1Cut up venison and beef into bite size pieces.

2Sprinkle with meat tenderizer.

3Let set for 10 minutes; then brown meat.

4Add water and rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.

5Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.

6Use large 4-quart pot.
