2 3/4 cwater

1/3 cketchup

1 tsponion powder

2 celbow macaroni, uncooked

1/2 lb(8 oz.) velveeta , cut into 1/2-inch cubes

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make velveeta cheeseburger mac

1In large non-stick skillet, brown the beef, salt and pepper to taste; drain.

2In large saucepan, add the water, ketchup and onion powder and mix until well blended. Bring to a boil and stir in elbow's, cover and simmer on medium-low until macaroni is tender, about 8 minutes.

3Stir in the Velveeta cheese and cook until thoroughly melted. 10 points per serving
