3 Tbsptomato paste

1 cport wine, red or white

1 cwater

2onions, medium (chopped)

2-3garlic cloves (chopped or crushed)

1/2 colives, black

1 sprigthyme

salt and pepper
How To Make veal stew with chorizo - sauté de veau de lisbonne

1-Brown meat in a pan with olive oil for few minutes, then add chopped onions. -Add port wine and water with tomato paste. -Add the rest of the ingredients, salt and pepper. -Simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. you can add more water if the stew turns out to be too thick.
