1egg, beaten

3/4 cbread crumbs

6 ozgrated parmesan cheese, divided

1/4 tspsalt

dashpepper

1/8 tsporegano

olive oil

8 oztomato sauce

8 slicemozzarella cheese
How To Make veal parmigiana, grandma w

1Oven to 375 degrees. Dip veal in beaten egg. Combine bread crumbs, half parmesan, salt, pepper and oregano. Coat veal with this mixture. Saute in olive oil until brown. Place in shallow baking dish, pour with tomato sauce and sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Top with mozzarella and bake 20 min.
