Ingredients For tostada grande

1/4 lbground beef

1tomato, chopped

2 clettuce, shredded

1.5 cshredded monterey jack cheese

1 canchunky salsa

12tortillas, corn, 6 inches

1/4 tspsalt

1 tspcumin
-
1 cantomatoes, drained and diced

1avocado, peeled and sliced
How To Make tostada grande

1Brown meat; drain.

2Stir in tomatoes, cumin and salt; cover and simmer 5 minutes.

3Cover bottom and sides of 12\" pizza pan with tortillas, overlapping attractively.

4Spread with chunky salsa; top with meat mixture.

5Bake at 350 oven 20 minutes.

6Sprinkle with cheese.

7Arrange lettuce, tomato and avacado over top.

8Cut into wedges using scissors or small knife and serve with additional salsa.
