Well, I finally got this recipe from my husband by agreeing to be his "sous chef". lol This is a delicious homemade version of a traditional ground beef taco. The meat mixed in with the pureed spicy beans makes it a creamy delicious mixture for basic tacos. I hope you enjoy Tony's version of a spicy ground beef tacos.

How To Make tony's spicy beef tacos

  • 1
    Gather your ingredients
  • 2
Brown your ground beef and then drain off the excess grease. I brown my beef in my Tupperware stacker cooker. It browns and drains off the grease at the same time. It's less messy & quicker to cook. It takes about 8 minutes.
  • 3
Puree the beans in a food processor or a blender.
  • 4
Put your cooked ground beef in a large pan on top stove. Add your beans, tomato soup and seasonings & stir till combined.
  • 5
Let it cook on a medium to low heat for about 30 minutes.
  • 6
Prepare the condiments for tacos. Once you have condiments ready put the taco meat mixture into a bowl and serve.

Here is my sweet friend Margaret's recipe for the seasoning. If you want to add salt, I would do it after you get the seasonings all mixed in. Her recipe has such great flavor you really don't miss the salt. https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/sauce-spread/seasoning-mix/no-sodium-taco-seasoning.html
