  • salt and pepper

  • spice rub of your choice

    FIRST THING- GET A VERY SHARP KNIFE, STAND YOUR TRI TIP UP WITH THE SMALL END UP- CUT A DEEP POCKET INTO THE MEAT ABOUT 3-4" DOWN WITHOUT PIERCING THE SIDES OR BOTTOM.

    NOW, CHOP ALL OF YOUR VEGES. UP ABOUT THE SAME SIZE- AROUND AN INCH. PUT YOUR BUTTER IN A SKILLET AND SAUTE THEM ALL TOGETHER UNTIL LIMP. DON'T FORGET TO SEASON YOUR VEGES. WITH SOME SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC.
