Ingredients For toasted roast beef sandwiches

  • 1
    loaf 10oz frozen garlic bread( can use also presliced)
  • 1/2 lb
    sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2
    onion,sliced
  • 1 tsp
    minced,garlic
  • 4 tsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb
    shaved deli roast beef
  • 6 slice
    cheese, (cheddar, swiss) i use both

How To Make toasted roast beef sandwiches

    Bake Garlic Bread according to directions on box. Meanwhile,saute mushrooms,onions and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.

    Layer each half of garlic bread with roast beef and mushroom mixture and top with cheeses.Return to oven;bake 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted. Slice and serve immediately.Goes good with fries/chips and Cole slaw/ potato salad whatever you like.
