Ingredients For thursday night salisbury steaks...

  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs, dry
  • 1/4 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2
    salt and pepper

How To Make thursday night salisbury steaks...

    In medium bowl mix 1/4 cup of the mushroom soup with the first 4 ingredients & add the seasons. Then shape into 6 patties.

    Cook until brown on both sides, but make sure to fully cook. Pour off the extra fat from patties. Blend in the remaining soup with the water, cover pan & cook on low heat for 20 mins. Make sure to stir around to coat well.
