Ingredients For three cheese meatloaf mini tarts

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/4 c
    fine italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp
    each paprika & black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • fresh basil for garnish

How To Make three cheese meatloaf mini tarts

  • 1
    Mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, paprika, and salt and pepper together in a bowl. Mix the eggs and milk together then mix it into the ground beef mixture.

    Mix in the Mozzerella and Swiss cheese. Press equal amounts into the mini tart pans.

    Preheat oven 350 degrees.l Bake for 10 minutes then add the Parmesan cheese to the top of the meatloaf tarts and bake another 10 minutes.

    garnish with fresh basil
