Ingredients For three cheese meatloaf mini tarts

1 lbground beef

1 mdonion diced

3 clovegarlic minced

1/4 cfine italian breadcrumbs

1/4 tspeach paprika & black pepper

1/2 tspsalt

1 lgeggs
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/2 cshredded swiss cheese

1/4 cshredded parmesan cheese
-
fresh basil for garnish
How To Make three cheese meatloaf mini tarts

1Mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, paprika, and salt and pepper together in a bowl. Mix the eggs and milk together then mix it into the ground beef mixture.

2Mix in the Mozzerella and Swiss cheese. Press equal amounts into the mini tart pans.

3Preheat oven 350 degrees.l Bake for 10 minutes then add the Parmesan cheese to the top of the meatloaf tarts and bake another 10 minutes.

4garnish with fresh basil
