Ingredients For thick juicy burgers

1 pound ground beef of your choice

1 pkg dry onion soup mix

1/3 cup bread crumbs ( unseasoned is best)

1 lrg. egg
-
4 tablespoons a1-steak sauce (or favortie steak sauce)

black pepper to desired taste

do not use any salt until taste tested ... onion soup makes up for the salt
-
note: you can add a cube of your favorite cheese when forming patty ... make sure cheese is completely covered with meat
How To Make thick juicy burgers

1In medium size bowl mix all ingredients together. Form 5 patties. Grill or fry to desired doneness. Variation: These burgers are good with a brown gravy made from pan drippings ...serve with mashed potatoes.
