Ingredients For the perfect spicy meatballs

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1
    onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 dash
    frank's red hot pepper sauce
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c
    1% milk
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    italian-style bread crumbs

How To Make the perfect spicy meatballs

    Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray.

    In lg bowl, combine beef, sea salt, onion, garlic salt, italian seasoning, oregano, pepper flakes, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce. Mix well w/ hands.

    Add in milk, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, mix well. Form into 1-1/2" meatballs. Place meatballs on baking sheet. Bake for 25 mins.
