3-4 lbbeef brisket

15small red potatoes

1 1/2 lbbaby carrots
How To Make the brisket recipe

1Preheat oven to 325

2Place brisket fat side up in large baking pan.

3Place potatoes and carrots around brisket.

4Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the brisket.

5Cover and bake 3 1/2 hours, basting occasionally. Check for tenderness. Return to oven until tender. Slice and serve.
