I received this meatloaf when a wonderful neighbor brought me dinner after my first child was born. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't filet mignon, but after the first bite I savored every one thereafter and quickly forgot about that filet. I insisted on the recipe and have been making it ever since. And my family that grew to 4 kids loves it every time. I have since taken this meatloaf to other new mothers due to the fact that it is not only delicious, but also breastfeeding friendly! Enjoy!

Ingredients For the best meatloaf ever!

1 1/8 lbground chuck

8oz cantomato sauce
-
1 cpepperidge farm stuffing mix (cornbread or herb or mix the 2)

1/2 pkgdried onion soup mix
-
2eggs
-
enoughketchup to spread on top
How To Make the best meatloaf ever!

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Put in a 5x8 glass loaf pan and top with a thin layer of ketchup.

3Cook for 1 hour on 350.
