This is a great chili to eat anyday, but expecially when it is extra "chili" outside.

Ingredients For the best chili ever!!!

    ground beef
  • 2
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 can of 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 2 cans14.5 oz
    tomato and green chilies
  • 2 c
    beef stock
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcesterchire sauce
  • 1 14.5 can
    red beans
  • 1 14.5 can
    pinto beans

How To Make the best chili ever!!!

    Brwn the ground beef over medium heat in a medium size pot. When the beef is all almost brown, add the onion, green bell pepper and garlic. Cook for five minutes or until vegetables are translucent.

    Add the tomato sauce, tomato and green chilies,and beef stock. Bring heat to high and let it come to a boil.

    Add salt, pepper, cayenne, chili, cumin, hot sauce, worcesterchire sauce, red beans and pinto beans. Turnto medium-low and let it sit, covered for two hours, stirring occasionally.
