This is a recipe I use that has all the things we like in our meatloaf. The V-8 juice is what gives it that extra kick!

Ingredients For texas style meatloaf

1 1/2 lbground chuck
-
1/4 csaltine cracker crumbs

2eggs beaten
-
1/2 cv-8 juice
-
14 oztomato sauce(or brown gravy)

1 tspsalt
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 tspgarlic salt
-
1/3 tsppepper
-
1/4 conion diced small
How To Make texas style meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce(or brown gravy). Mix well.

2Shape into loaf in 12x8x1.5 baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes, remove from oven and remove grease drippings from pan. Pour tomato sauce(or brown gravy) over top of loaf and return to oven. Cook for an additional 15 mins.

3Remove from oven and serve with mashed potatoes. Makes a great meatloaf sandwich with leftovers.
