We were trying to clean out the pantry and I came up with this recipe. My family reallly enjoyed it.

Ingredients For texas skillet

1 lbground beef
-
3 slicevelveeta easy melt cheese
-
1 canranch style beans
-
1 canstewed tomatoes, drained

1 cancorn, drained

1/2 tspcumin
-
1/4garlic powder
-
1/2 tspcilantro
-
1/2 tspparsley
-
2 ccooked rice
How To Make texas skillet

1In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain the grease. Lower the heat medium low.

2Add the tomatoes. Break them into small pieces with a wooden spoon.

3Add the corn, rice and ranch style beans. Don't drain the beans

4Add cilantro, cumin, garlic powder and parsley.

5Stir to mix well. Cook stirring often until heated through.

6When the mixture is hot tear the cheese slices into pieces and add to skillet.

7Stir until the cheese melts and is mixed through.
-
8Serve immediately.

9I served it with tortilla chips.
