How To Make texas cheese steak sandwich

You will want your steak slice paper thin if possible. Also slice pepper and onions. Drizzle with a little olive oil and cook until onions are tender.
  • 2
Season beef with favorite seasonings, I use granulated garlic and black pepper. If cooking in a skillet remove cooked veggies and cook meat. If using a grill or griddle, move veggies to one side and place meat on and cook to doneness you prefer.

Mix veggies and meat together and place on toasted bun with cheese. Enjoy this simple but delicious "burger".
