This is my oldest son's very favorite dish. One of those quick easy main dishes that just requires a salad and salsa to complete the meal.

Ingredients For tex-mex

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 can
    enchilada sauce
  • 1 (5 oz) can
    evaporated milk
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 9 oz
    corn tortilla chips

How To Make tex-mex

  • 1
    Place tortilla chips into a well greased 9 X 13 baking dish.

    Brown ground beef, drain well. Add soups, sauce, and milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chips. Top with cheese and place in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and Tex Mex is bubbly.
