This will absolutely become your favorite chili.....I even serve leftovers with tortilla chips and my family goes crazy over it. Enjoy!

Ingredients For tex-mex chili

  • 1 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2 can
    (15 oz.) chili beans
  • 2 c
    salsa
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce
  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder, hot
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 2 can
    corn (drained)
  • 2 clove
    garlic, diced
  • sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese for serving.

How To Make tex-mex chili

  • 1
    Brown meat, drain if greasy. Add to crock pot with all remaining ingredients EXCEPT sour cream and shredded cheese.

    Cook on LOW 5-6 hours (or HIGH 3/4 hours) Stir just before serving.

    Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
