Ingredients For tex mex burgers

1 lbground chuck (can use lean ground beef)

5hamburger buns
-
1 cguacamole, homemade is best!!!

5 Tbspmayonnaise
-
2 Tbsptaco seasoning mix

1 1/2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 cbread crumbs
-
1egg
-
1 1/3 Tbspmelted butter (to brush on buns for toasting)

1 1/4 cshredded tex mex cheese
-
1 pinchsalt and pepper
How To Make tex mex burgers

1Mix together ground chuck, taco seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, and worchestershire sauce until combined. Do not overmix!!! Divide into 5 equal patties and let rest until ready to cook.

2make guacamole!!

3Fry or bbq burgers until fully cooked. Add 1/4 of shredded tex mex cheese on top, let melt.

4brush buns with butter and toast lightly.

5layer bottom bun with guacamole, burger, lettuce and lightly mayo the top bun. Serve and enjoy!!
