Ingredients For tex-mex beef stew (crockpot)

  • 1 lb
    top sirloin steak, cit into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 lb
    red potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1
    large green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2
    medium onions, quartered
  • 1/3 c
    water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    steak sauce
  • 2 tsp
    beef bouillon granules
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup

How To Make tex-mex beef stew (crockpot)

  • 1
    Combine first 11 ingredients in crockpot and cook on high for 4 hrs or on low for 8 hrs. Just before serving stir in remaining cumin and the ketchup
