Ingredients For terriyaki beef and lamb

2/3 csoy sauce

1/4 csalad oil

2 Tbspmolasses

2 tspaccent

2 tspginger

2 tspdry mustard

6 clovegarlic minced

2 lbbeef stew meat

2red onions cut into chunks

1 canpineapple chunks or 1 fresh pineapple cut into chunks.

1yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks

1green bell pepper, cut into chunks

1zuchinni, cut into chunks
How To Make terriyaki beef and lamb

1Mix all ingredients except vegetables. Refridgerate over night.

2Make shish kabobs. Alternate vegetables and stew meat onto a skewer. If using wooden skewers soak them in water for 30 minutes.

3Grill shish ka bobs 3 mintes per side. or until desired doneness.
