This is a favorite of my moms. She used to bring these to her famous picnic lunches to the beach. People would wait for an invitation to one of her famous picnic lunches!

Ingredients For terriyaki beef and lamb

  • 2/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 2 tsp
    accent
  • 2 tsp
    ginger
  • 2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 lb
    beef stew meat
  • 2
    red onions cut into chunks
  • 1 can
    pineapple chunks or 1 fresh pineapple cut into chunks.
  • 1
    yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1
    green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1
    zuchinni, cut into chunks

How To Make terriyaki beef and lamb

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients except vegetables. Refridgerate over night.

    Make shish kabobs. Alternate vegetables and stew meat onto a skewer. If using wooden skewers soak them in water for 30 minutes.

    Grill shish ka bobs 3 mintes per side. or until desired doneness.
