Ingredients For teriyaki

1 1/2 lbbeef sirloin steak, boneless

10 3/ ozbeef broth

1/4 csoy sauce
-
1/4 cgreen onions, diagonally cut

1 lgminced garlic
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1/4 tspground ginger

cooked rice
How To Make teriyaki

1Freeze meat 1 hour to firm (makes slicing easier); slice into very thin strips.

2Combine remaining ingredients except rice; pour over steak.

3Marinate 2 hours.

4Thread meat on 4 skewers.

5Broil about 4 inches from heat until desired doneness (5-10 minutes), brushing with marinade and turning once.

6Heat remaining marinade; thicken if desired.

7Serve with meat and rice.
