Ingredients For teriyaki steak

1/2 colive oil

2/3 csoy sauce, low sodium

2 Tbspginger, finely grated

2garlic cloves, thinly sliced

3 tsporange peel, grated
-
1/4 cburgundy wine
-
2t-bone steaks
How To Make teriyaki steak

1Mix all ingredients except steak in a gallon size zipper bag.

2DO NOT use regular soy sauce or the marinade will be too salty.

3Add steaks to bag and seal.

4Refrigerate for 24 hours, turning occasionally.

5Grill or broil.

6Serve with remaining burgundy.
