Ingredients For teriyaki steak

  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 2/3 c
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 2 Tbsp
    ginger, finely grated
  • 2
    garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 3 tsp
    orange peel, grated
  • 1/4 c
    burgundy wine
  • 2
    t-bone steaks

How To Make teriyaki steak

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients except steak in a gallon size zipper bag.
  • 2
    DO NOT use regular soy sauce or the marinade will be too salty.
  • 3
    Add steaks to bag and seal.
  • 4
    Refrigerate for 24 hours, turning occasionally.
  • 5
    Grill or broil.
  • 6
    Serve with remaining burgundy.
