1/4 csesame oil

1/4 cwater

2 Tbspmolasses

2 tspmustard powder

1 tspground ginger

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsponion powder

2 lbflank steak, cut into strips

32wooden skewers, soaked in water
How To Make teriyaki steak strips

1In a lg resealable bag, combine all ingredients. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hrs. Discard marinade.

2Heat oven to broil. Thread steak onto skewers. Place skewers onto a broiler rack. Broil 4 mins on each side.
