Ingredients For teriyaki steak strips

  • 1/2 c
    light soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    sesame oil
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 2 tsp
    mustard powder
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 2 lb
    flank steak, cut into strips
  • 32
    wooden skewers, soaked in water

How To Make teriyaki steak strips

  • 1
    In a lg resealable bag, combine all ingredients. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hrs. Discard marinade.

    Heat oven to broil. Thread steak onto skewers. Place skewers onto a broiler rack. Broil 4 mins on each side.
