Ingredients For teriyaki beef

3 lbs beef steak, sliced thin

2/3 cup soya sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp honey
-
2 tbsp blood orange juice
-
3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp ginger finely grated
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper

3 green onions, finely chopped (garnish)

fresh cilantro, (garnish)

sesame seeds garnish (optional)

steamed rice
How To Make teriyaki beef

1In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and blend well.

2Put the steak slices in the marinade and allow to sit for 4 hours or over night.

3Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

4Pour entire mixture into a shallow pan and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.

5Garnish with green onions, cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve over steamed rice.
