I love Teriyaki. You can't beat homemade, it tastes so much better. I hope that you will enjoy this quick and easy recipe. The longer the steak marinates the better it tastes.

Ingredients For teriyaki beef

  • 3 lbs beef steak, sliced thin
  • 2/3 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp blood orange juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger finely grated
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped (garnish)
  • fresh cilantro, (garnish)
  • sesame seeds garnish (optional)
  • steamed rice

How To Make teriyaki beef

    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and blend well.

    Put the steak slices in the marinade and allow to sit for 4 hours or over night.

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Pour entire mixture into a shallow pan and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.

    Garnish with green onions, cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve over steamed rice.
