ground beef
2 can

sliced potatoes

onion, chopped
1

green pepper, cut into slices
1 can

tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste

How To Make teacherman's hamburger & potato casserole

Turn on oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, saute onion for two minutes with a little EVOO, then add the ground beef and cook on medium until no longer pink.

Add green pepper, potato slices, and tomato soup. Flavor with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with parsley.

Turn into greased casserole dish and bake for 50 min.-1 hour.
