My niece sent me this recipe on Facebook. I don't know the origin. I haven't tried it yet, but it is on the menu for next week!

Ingredients For tater tot taco bake

1 lbhamburger

1small onion, diced

1 clovegarlic, diced

1 cansmall can sliced black olives

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
-
1 pkg16 oz bag of frozen corn

1 can4 oz. can of green chilis
-
1 can12 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 bag16 oz bag of shredded mexican cheese

1 bag16 oz bag of tater tots

1 can10.5 oz can red enchalada sauce
How To Make tater tot taco bake

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Fry hamburger with onion and garlic, drain grease. Add taco seasoning, green chilis, corn, black beans. Stir and heat. Add 3/4 of the shredded cheese and the tater tots.

2Pour 1/3 of the can of enchalada sauce in a 9x13 pan. Add meat and tot mixture. Pour the remaining enchalada sauce on top.

3Bake 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and black olives. Bake till cheese is bubbly
