I tweeked a tater tot casserole recipe to fit my picky family; and they absolutely love it. I love to eat it with Ketchup on top. Yummy!

Ingredients For tater tot casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lg/2sm can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    onions diced
  • 1
    bag of frozen tator tots
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1
    bag of frozen corn
  • 16 oz
    shredded mozzerella cheese

How To Make tater tot casserole

  • 1
    Cook the tater tots as directed on the bag.

    Brown the hamburger and onions together. Drain. While the hamburger is browning also cook the corn as directed.

    Mix the hamburger and onion with soup and milk. When the hamburger and soup are mixed well add the drained corn

    When the tots are cooked, place them in the bottom of a greased 9X13 pan. Pour hamburger mixture on top of the tots. Cover with cheese. Place back into the warm oven until the cheese has melted.
